About this work
Flambé glaze is the miraculous accident of fire: the same glaze formula, but the kiln's heat and atmosphere make the colour run and merge into bands of oxblood and violet that can never be repeated. Each vase is therefore absolutely unique.
No motif, no drawing — only colour and fire. This is a work for the collector who loves chance and a beauty that cannot be reproduced.
